Abstract:

To provide an actuator attached to a rotating shaft and capable of projecting an outside piston using centrifugal force generated with rotational as a power source.

If the centrifugal force acts on working oil 7 in a cylinder 3 by the actuator 2 rotating, a projecting force acts on the piston 5 according to the magnitude of the centrifugal force, and the working oil 7 flows from the inside cylinder part 4a to the outside cylinder part 4b, and the outside piston part 6b can projects. The actuator 2 is attached to the shaft 1 and rotates, the outside piston part 6b is retracted by a reaction force in front of the actuator 2 or by the action of the spring force of a return spring 9 attached to the actuator 2 in the case a rotational speed is low and the centrifugal force is small.
