Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive actuator with simple constitution, without requiring dimensional precision and with high positioning precision.
SOLUTION: Two electrodes 22, 23 of a prescribed shape are arranged side by side on a fixed end 21 side at a prescribed interval, and sheared type piezoelectric elements 24 provided with prescribed thickness are laminated upward these two electrodes 22, 23, and a counter electrode 25 is provided on the whole surface of the surface of the free end side of this sheared type piezoelectric element 24 opposite to the electrodes 22, 23, and the actuator 20 is constituted. When a part between two electrodes 22, 23 is energized, since the counter electrode 25 is displaced in its intrasurface according to the polarization direction of the sheared type piezoelectric element, this counter electrode 25 becomes the operation part of the actuator.
