Abstract:
To provide an actuator for a variable compression ratio mechanism for an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing wear of a sliding portion.SOLUTION: An actuator includes: an electric motor; a control shaft rotated by the electric motor; an actuator link having one end coupled to a link member; and an arm link having one end coupled to the other end of the actuator link via a pin and the other end fixed to the control shaft. The actuator also includes a lubrication oil hole communicated with a passage in which lubrication oil of an internal combustion engine flows and capable of supplying the lubrication oil toward the other end of the actuator link. The actuator link has a notch shape at a boundary portion between an outer peripheral surface and a side surface thereof. A dimension in the axial direction of the pin of the notch shape at least at part of the other end of the actuator link is larger than that of the notch shape on the one end side relative to the other end of the actuator link.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
