To oppose the mutual attracting surfaces of both by inclining an armature member, and suitably bring the attracting surfaces into close contact with each other by supporting the armature member with a required play so as to be opposed to the exciting coil side attracting surface when integrating an exciting coil and an output member.
In an actuator for automatically opening/closing a throttle valve through a wire 6, an electric motor 3 is driven, and when a secondary speed reduction gear 12 is revolved while self-rotating around the inner periphery of a fixed internal teeth gear 13 through a primary speed reduction gear 10 and a ball bearing 11 meshing with a pinion 9, torque of the secondary speed reduction gear 12 is transmitted to a rotary internal teeth gear, so that the final speed reduction gear formed integrally with the rotary internal teeth gear is rotated. In this case, a sector gear 5 and a semicircular sheave 7 are integrated by attracting an armature plate 19 opposed with a play by excitation of an exciting coil 18, and the sector gear 5 and the semicircular sheave 7 are coaxially rotated by rotation of the final speed reduction gear to adjust opening of the throttle valve by towing the wire 6.
