Abstract:
To reduce a load on a long member.SOLUTION: An actuator comprises: a driving part that rotates a long member, which is connected to a water flow direction change part for changing a direction of an ejection water flow and adjusts an angle of the water flow direction change part, by drive of a motor, and the same back and forth; a detection part which detects overload of the motor; and a reference position setting part which sets a reference position in a rotation direction of the driving part to which the long member is connected to a prescribed position on the basis of the overload of the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11A
