To provide an actuator with a rod adjusting a stroke even in retraction or extrusion and capable of preventing rattling in either of retraction or extrusion when the stroke is adjusted in the actuator equipped with two rods.

A first stroke adjustment part 35 for adjusting the stroke of a first piston rod 22 in retraction (recession) is provided in a first cylinder hole 13. A second stroke adjustment part 38 for adjusting the stroke of a second piston rod 32 is provided on an end of a second head rod 37 fixed on a second piston 28. Protruding ends of the first piston rod 22 and the second piston rod 32 are fixed floatedly by an end plate 10, and the first piston rod 22 and the second piston rod 32 are interlocked.
