A bobbin accommodation part 30a5 is formed between an outer plate 30a1 and an inner plate 30a3 of a yoke body 30a of a clutch yoke 30 of an electromagnetic clutch, and bobbin-mounting parts 30a6 and 30a7 are formed at two locations that oppose each other with an output shaft 39 as a center in a bottom plate 30a2 of the yoke body 30a. On the other hand, hooks 31b and 31c are formed at a second flange 31e of a bobbin 31. Then, when the bobbin 31 is to be mounted to the clutch choke 30, the hooks 31b and 31c of the bobbin 31 are fixed in a snap action type to each gear-lock part of each of the bobbin-mounting parts 30a6 and 30a7 simply by rotating the bobbin 31 being arranged in a bobbin accommodation part 30a5 of the clutch choke 30, thus reducing assembly man-hours.
