Abstract:
To provide a portable actuator of light weight free from discomfort, to reduce volumes of a measuring instrument and equipment utilizing pneumatic pressure power driving, to achieve miniaturization and quietness, to improve heat conduction performance, and to quickly disperse heat.SOLUTION: An actuator includes a suspension plate 11, an outer frame 12, a frame 13 and a piezoelectric piece 14, the suspension plate includes a first surface 13b and a second surface 13a, and can be bent and vibrated, the outer frame is disposed in a manner of surrounding an outer side of the suspension plate, the frame is connected between the suspension plate and the outer frame for elastic support, and the piezoelectric piece is prepared by doping graphene with piezoelectric powder of lead zirconate titanate series, and has a weight ratio of the graphene of 0.1%-20%. The piezoelectric piece is disposed on the first surface of the suspension plate, so that the suspension plate is driven to be bent and vibrate by applying voltage thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
