Abstract:
To provide a compact actuator for a safety switch arrangement that enables a reliable safety function.SOLUTION: An actuator 3 for a safety switch with an actuator head 8, said actuator head 8 being mounted to a core body 6 by means of a connection element 7. The actuator head 8 has, at least in parts, a larger cross section than the connection element 7. The connection element 7 is rigid in the axial direction. The actuator head 8 is held in a base position by means of the connecting element 7. A reading unit in the form of a reading coil is arranged in the safety switch. Signals from a transponder that is provided in the actuator head 8 can be detected by means of the reading coil when the actuator 3 is moved into a latched position in the safety switch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
