Abstract:
To suppress a change in vibration due to the temperature of an actuator, in which a movable body vibrates with respect to a support.SOLUTION: An actuator 1 has a magnetic drive mechanism 6 that moves a movable body 3 relative to a support 2. The magnetic drive mechanism 6 includes a magnet 61 and a coil 62. A connecting body 10 connected to the support 2 and the movable body 3 is a viscoelastic body. As the viscoelastic body, a viscoelastic body having a temperature characteristic that the loss tangent (Tan δ) of the viscoelastic body measured by dynamic viscoelastic measurement decreases as the temperature rises is used. For example, when a silicone gel is used as the connecting body 10, in the actuator 1, the decrease in the peak value of the acceleration of the movable body 3 due to the decrease in the current flowing through the coil 62 is offset by the increase in the peak value of the acceleration of the movable body 3 caused by the decrease in Tan δ of the connecting body 10 (viscoelastic body).
