Abstract:
To provide an actuator that can be simply locked at any position, prevents a driving gear from rotating in a return direction at locking, and can manually operate the driving gear while maintaining a lock state.SOLUTION: An actuator is equipped with a drive shaft that rotates a valve body, a driving motor, a driving gear 22, a return spring, and a lock mechanism 31 that switches a non-lock state in which the driving gear 22 is rotatable and a lock state in which it rotates only in one direction. The lock mechanism 31 is equipped with a locking gear 32 that has an engaging portion 35 engaging with the driving gear 22 and a non-engaging portion 36 that does not engage with the driving gear 22, and a rotation restricting device 33 that regulates a rotating direction of a locking gear 32 in one direction so that the driving gear 22 rotates in the opposite direction to a return direction. The non-engaging portion 36 of the locking gear 32 comes into the non-lock state while opposing to the driving gear 22, and the engaging portion 35 of the locking gear 32 comes into the lock state while engaging with the driving gear 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
