Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely operate an actuator in shifting between 4L and 4H even when the gear ejection load is large.
SOLUTION: In the actuator, a spring 30 is mounted in the middle of a power transmitting passage between an input side rotary member 10 rotated/driven by a motor and an output side rotary member 20 connected to a driven object. When the rotation of the output side rotary member is impossible because of the increase of the load applied from the driven object, the rotation torque from the motor is accumulated as the flexure energy of the spring. When the output side rotary member is rotatable, the output side rotary member is rotated with the rotation torque accumulated in the spring and the driving force is given to the driven object by a waiting mechanism. The actuator has a first spring receiving member 40 and a second spring receiving member 50 for receiving both ends of the spring respectively, and the first spring receiving member 40 and the second spring receiving member 50 have an input rotation direct transmitting part DI respectively for directly transmitting the rotation force on the driving side to the driven side without through the spring 3 by striking each other when both spring receiving members relatively rotate at least at a prescribed angle α.
