PURPOSE: To apply exciting coils to a laminated core stator easily to utilize winding spaces efficiently and, further, hold a permanent magnet at a constant position and reduce the size.

CONSTITUTION: A rotor 4 having a magnet 8 is attached to a rotary shaft 7. A shaft through-hole 11 into which the rotor 4 is inserted so as to rotate freely is provider in a bobbin main part 9. Bobbin parts 10a and 10b in which exciting coils 14a and 14b are wound are formed on both the sides of the shaft through-hole 11. Magnet inserting holes 16a and 16b into which induction magnets 17a and 17b are inserted are formed in the bobbin main part 9 on both the sides of the bobbin parts 10a and 10b. The magnet 8 and the induction magnets 17a and 17b are so arranged as to face each other. Housing holes 15a and 15b are formed in the bobbin parts 10a and 10b. The insertion pieces 19a and 19b of approximately E-shaped laminated cores 18a and 18b are inserted into the housing holes 15a and 15b. Both the ends of the approximately E-shaped cores 18a and 18b are pressed against the induction magnets 17a and 17b which are inserted into the magnet inserting holes 16a and 16b.
