The magnet 8 and induction magnets 17a, 17b are provided opposed with each other, the inserting pieces 19a, 19b of almost E-shaped laminated cores 18a, 18b are inserted to the bobbins 10a, 10b so that both ends of the almost E-shaped laminated cores 18a, 18b are provided opposed to the induction magnets 17a, 17b inserted into the magnet inserting holes 16a, 16b.
