Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make alteration in the length of an actuator, coupling or separation to or from a driving mechanism, etc., attainable at will, by installing a coupler for connecting another elastic contracted body or terminal metal devices, in the end part of an elastic contracted body. CONSTITUTION:A female-type coupler 21 is installed in one end of an elastic contracted body 10 while a male-type coupler 22 in the other end, respectively. With this constitution, owing to these couplers 21 and 22, coupling or separation to or from another actuator or coupling or separation between the elastic contracted body 10 and the terminal closing member comes possible to be done. Therefore, alteration in the length of the actuator and coupling or separation to or from a driving mechanism are performable at will.
