Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which can be driven for a long period, in a state in which a preload is always impressed upon a laminated piezoelectric element in the expanding and contracting direction of the element, even when a load change or a temperature change occurs, and to provide injection equipment. SOLUTION: The actuator is provided with the laminated piezoelectric element 1, a base member 6 one end of which in the expanding and contracting direction of the element 1 is fixed, and a preload impressing case 3, which houses the element 1 with one end section of which fixed to the base member 6. The other end section of the case 3 presses the element 1 against the base member 6. The actuator is also provided with an external case 5, which houses the case 3 and one end section of which is fixed to the base member 6 and a displacement transferring member 23, which is provided in the other end section of the element 1 and transfers the displacement of the element 1 to the external case 5.
