A graphic form (X) of a foot shape and a transparent sheet 3 where an effective spot (Y) of the foot is written and illustrated are stuck to the punching metal 2. One or more acupressure pieces 4 formed by a head 4a and a pin 4b are provided on the sheet 3. An inclination angle changing tool 5 inclined at an arbitrary angle is provided on the base plate 1 to be collapsible, and in the acupressure pieces 4, one or more heads 4a are formed of magnetic substance and different in height.
