To provide an adaptation method and a device for a stopper of an operation element controlled electrically for realizing accurately and simply and enabling continuous adaptation.
This adaptation device 10 for the stopper 1 of the operation element 5 controlled electrically is provided with check means 15, 20 for checking whether a target value for a position to be adjusted of the operation element 5 corresponds to the stopper 1 of the operation element 5 or not, comparison means 25, 30 for comparing a characteristic value of a control signal for controlling the operation element 5 formed to convert the target value with a value fixed in advance when the target value corresponds to the stopper 1, and adaptation means 35, 40 for adapting a position of the stopper 1 of the operation element 5 in accordance with the result of comparison.
