The adapter for photography 10 has an adapter main body 20 incorporating a tele-conversion lens. The main body 20 is the external parts and is made of the colored resin of a high-reflectance color. The tele-conversion lens is constituted of 1st and 2nd lenses 31 and 33. A light shielding barrel 32 is inserted between the lenses 31 and 33. The barrel 32 is made of the color resin of color having light shielding property in order to prevent the internal reflection, and functions as a space ring for keeping space between the lenses 31 and 33 constant at front and rear ends.
