PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for allocating a subcarrier in an orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) system.SOLUTION: In an embodiment, this method comprises: a step for allocating at least one diversity cluster of a subcarrier to a first subscriber; and a step for allocating at least one coherence cluster to a second subscriber.
