Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make linearity of ADC conversion characteristics of a ΔΣ ADC circuit excellent.SOLUTION: Input capacitance CIN of a switched capacitor circuit 1 as an input circuit is configured by connecting in parallel a first capacitor formed by connecting in antiparallel two capacitors C1, C2 having the same positive voltage dependency coefficient and a second capacitor formed by connecting in antiparallel two capacitors C3, C4 having the same negative voltage dependency coefficient.
