Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start and stop a tail gate gently with accuracy thruogh an elevating process regardless of load weight by changing the duty ratio of rectangular wave generated by a processor so as to be able to control the working speed of valves or an electric motor.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic pump 6 is rotatory-driven by an electric motor 5, and operating oil is fed to a tilt cylinder 2 or a lift cylinder 1 via a main valve 4 to push out a piston. A pressure sensor 3 senses pressure in the lift cylinder 1 through the elevating process of a tail gate. A controller 7 controls the duty ratio of rectangular wave according to a signal of the pressure sensor 3 so as to control the electric motor 5, the main valve 4, a tilt valve 8 and a lift valve 9 at real time. Elevating action of a tail gate can thereby be started and stopped gently with accuracy regadless of load weight, and impact to load is relaxed to improve safety of cargo handling work.
