Abstract:
To solve a problem that since soybean curd refuse having poor binding property starts deterioration in a short time, there is no method except drying in a powdery state or boiling with seasoning.
This safe solid food is obtained by forming untreated soybean curd refuse without a binder and subjecting the formed soybean curd refuse to high-temperature sterilization treatment by a multistage hot-air drier.
