Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food which adds and multiplies an effect of an existing anti-influenza virus medicament to influenza viruses, to provide a main components thereof, and to provide an effective concentration thereof, and to provide a novel application because of having already been identified the substance.SOLUTION: A substance provided by the present invention is an additive and synergistic agent characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, at least one of Manuka honey, methylglyoxal which is a main component thereof, an analog thereof, and salt thereof. And an anti-influenza virus agent of the present invention adds and multiplies an effect of an existing anti-influenza virus medicament by using together with the existing anti-influenza medicament.
