PURPOSE: To enable uniform application of a proper amount of an anti-adhesion preventing agent to an inner surface of a tube, by a method wherein a compressed air contg. the anti-adhesion agent, is blown against the inner surface of the tube by means of a propeller in a casing disposed in a blast path to a mouth-piece of a tube extruder, and the anti-adhesion agent is rubbed thereon by the use of a brush.
CONSTITUTION: A compressed air containing choke or other anti-adhesion agent is blown into a tube 1 through a blast path 4 formed in an axial center of a cone 10 of a tube extruder 3. The compressed air containing the anti-adhesion agent is blown against the inner surface of a tube 1 through exhaust holes 18 with a propeller 19 turned by the force of compressed air. A planetary shaft 33 is rotated at a low speed and a high torque in conjunction with a propeller shaft 21, and as a result, a brush cylinder 37 is rotatd together with a brush support member 34, whereby the anti- adhesion agent adhered to the inner surface of the tube 1 is rubbed with fine wires 36 of the brush cylinder.
