Abstract:
To provide an adhesion preventive composition for unvulcanized rubber that excels in both of adhesion prevention and disintegration, and a method for producing unvulcanized rubber that undergoes adhesion preventive treatment with the adhesion preventive composition for unvulcanized rubber.SOLUTION: An adhesion preventive composition for unvulcanized rubber includes inorganic components, which essentially include silicate, a surfactant and a metallic soap or wax. When the adhesion preventive composition for unvulcanized rubber is 100 pts.wt., the silicate is 10-35 pts.wt. The silicate includes at least one selected from iron oxide and iron sulfide. The ratios of the weights of the iron oxide and the iron sulfide to the total of the silicate, the iron oxide and the iron sulfide are less than 2 wt.% in total. The surfactant essentially includes a nonionic surfactant with an HLB of 3-13 by Griffin method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
