In this adhesion structure, the installation member 30 for installing a door panel on a door trim is adhered to the door trim. The installation member 30 includes an adhesion part 50 adhered to an adhesion object surface 23 of the door trim (an ornament 20). The adhesion part 50 has an adhesion surface 51 opposed via an adhesive 18 to the adhesion object surface 23, a peripheral wall part 52 is projected toward the adhesion object surface 23 from a peripheral end part of the adhesion surface 51, and the peripheral wall part 52 is formed over the whole periphery of the peripheral end part.
