The adhesive agent composition 7 includes a polymer copolymerizing at least acrylic acid alkyl ester, a monomer having a hydroxy group and vinyl acetate. The adhesive agent composition 7 contains, as a crosslinking agent, an isocyanate based crosslinking agent and/or an epoxy based crosslinking agent. The ball tack of the adhesive agent composition 7 is set to be 12-30. The adhesive agent composition 7 has a high initial bonding characteristic (tack force), when the agent is adhered to a surface protective sheet having a printing part, and also has an excellent following property to be embedded to a step difference of printing.
