To provide an adhesive agent for a touch panel having a conductive film composed of a metal or a metal oxide or an adhesive agent showing excellent heat resistance and wet heat resistance stability and causing no corrosion of the metal or metal oxide, and to provide an adhesive sheet and a laminate for the touch panel using the same.
The adhesive agent includes: a major acrylic polymer (A) which is obtained by copolymerizing monomers containing the following components or 20 to 99.9 wt.% of alkoxy (meth)acrylate (a-1) and 0.1 to 10 wt.% of a monomer having a crosslinkable functional group (a-2), does not have an acidic group substantially and has a weight average molecular weight of not less than 50,000 and less than 400,000; 0.1 to 15 pt.wt., based on 100 pt.wt. of the major acrylic polymer (A), of a low molecular weight (meth)acrylic polymer (B) which has a hydrogen bonding functional group, does not have an acidic group substantially and has a weight average molecular weight of less than 100,000; and 0.1 to 2 pt.wt. of an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (C), wherein the weight average molecular weight of (A) is larger than that of (B). The adhesive agent is suitable for the touch panel. The adhesive agent shows little haze change, causes little foaming, has good level difference followability, shows little change of ITO resistance, and has excellent adhesion force to ITO.
