Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive coating device capable of forming a layer to match an inclination of an end surface of a sheet bundle when adhesive is coated onto a spine of the sheet bundle in an inclined state with sheets attached to each other through friction and/or static electricity caused by the sheets themselves.SOLUTION: An adhesive coating device comprises: an adhesive container containing adhesive at an adhesive coating position; a coating roll means; and a rake-off blade adjusting adhesive coated by the coating roll means. The rake-off blade includes an adjustment means performing adjustment according to an inclination of an end surface of a sheet bundle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
