To provide an adhesive composition for optical films which exhibits an excellent durability and does not cause white spots even in a severe environment e.g. of ≥100°C, and to provide an optical film coated with the adhesive, and a liquid crystal display using the adhesive-coated optical film.
The adhesive composition include (A) an acrylic polymer containing a reactive functional group and having an Mw of ≥1,000,000 and ≤2,500,000, a (Mw/Mn) of ≥9 and ≤30 a ((Mw/Mn)/(Mz/Mw)) of ≥2, and a Tg of ≤-45°C, (B) an acrylic polymer having an Mw of ≥50,000 and ≤300,000, and a Tg of ≥-40°C and ≤5°C, and (C) a crosslinking agent in an mount of ≥0.01 pts.wt. and ≤5 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the mixture of the acrylic polymers. The acrylic polymer (A) and the acrylic polymer (B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 50/50-95/5.
