Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which has high light reflectance, excellent heat resistance, and excellent insulating properties while having high thermal conductivity by controlling dispersibility of a thermally conductive filler and dispersibility of titanium oxide.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains (A) a binder resin, (B) a thermosetting resin, (C) a curing agent, (D) a thermally conductive filler, and (E) a titanium oxide filler having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or less. The binder resin (A) is a polyimide resin or polyethersulfone resin having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 or more. The total volume of the thermally conductive filler (D) and the titanium oxide filler (E) having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or less is 60 vol.% or more in the adhesive composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
