This adhesive double coated type comprises a substrate to be a tape core material using an elastic foam such as a polyethylene or polyurethane foam, a tacky layer which is generally obtained by laminating a polyethylene to the surface of a paper such as a wood-free paper, glassine paper, etc., and is protected with a release paper prepared by coating the surface of a film of a polyethylene or a polyester with a releasing agent such as a silicon resin, etc., and is constituted so as to stand maintenance or transportation. In this case, the release paper 6 at one side is provided with breaks 8a, 8b and 8c of a patterned design such as a circular, a square, a rectangular shape, etc. by omitting the coating of the releasing agent. When the release paper 6 is peeled, the patterned design is left as projected members on the tacky layer.
