Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal terminal adhesive film which improves adhesiveness of a packaging material and the metal terminal, suppresses short-circuiting between a metal foil layer of the packaging material and the metal terminal, and improves sealability and a steam barrier property of the packaging material in a metal terminal part.SOLUTION: An a metal terminal adhesive film 1 is interposed between a metal terminal that is connected to a battery element, and a packaging material that encapsulates the battery element. The metal terminal adhesive film 1 comprises: a fibrous base material 11; and a first polyolefin resin layer 12a and a second polyolefin layer 12b on surfaces at both sides of the fibrous base material 11. At least one of the first polyolefin layer 12a and the second polyolefin layer 12b is formed of an acid-modified polyolefin. The acid-modified polyolefin has a melt flow rate (MFR) at 230°C of 5 to 15 g/10 minutes, a basis weight quantity of the fibrous base material 11 of 10 to 30 g/mand a density of the fibrous base material 11 of 0.25 g/cmor more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
