Abstract:
To provide an adhesive layer for an optical film which is used for bonding an optical film assembled into an image display device and has excellent heat resistance and durability.SOLUTION: An adhesive layer for an optical film is obtained by crosslinking an adhesive composition for an optical film comprising an acrylic polymer and a difunctional or multi-functional epoxy compound as a crosslinking compound. The acrylic polymer comprises a copolymer which is prepared by copolymerizing (A) 100 pts.wt in total of at least two monomers selected from a monomer group consisting of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer with a C1-14 alkyl group, a (meth)acrylate monomer having an aromatic group, and a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer, (B) 0.1 to 10.0 pts.wt of a carboxyl group-containing copolymerizable vinyl monomer, and (C) 0.05 to 4.5 pts.wt of a hydroxyl group-containing copolymerizable vinyl monomer and which has a Tg of -60°C or higher and -30°C or lower. The adhesive layer has a gel fraction of 60-90% and a thickness of 5-25 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
