PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive memorandum or message paper which prevents a memorandum or a message from being readily exposed and enables the memorandum or the message to be easily used.

CONSTITUTION: This adhesive memorandum-message paper comprises a reattachable/redetachable adhesive part 3 of a desired width provided along one side of the rear surface of a main body 2 for a memorandum paper, a foldable part between the adhesive part 3 and the main body 2 of a memorandum paper, a message/address entry part 6 on the front surface side with the adhesive part 3, a cut-out window for display 8 for the part 6 provided at a position opposed to the part 6 along the foldable part used as a reference line, on the main body 2, and a message/memorandum entry part 10 on the front surface side of the main body 2.
