PURPOSE: To make it possible to use an adhesive also as a joint filling material and to dispense with filling a joint with a joint filling material or a sealing material by fixing a surface material on the surface of the wall of a building with an adhesive having the color of a joint filling material.

CONSTITUTION: An adhesive for fixing a flexible surface material on the surface of the inside or outside wall, the floor, etc., of a building, wherein the adhesive has a color tone suitable for a joint filling material. The adhesive should contains components such as a pigment or a filler. The surface material is applied to the surface of a wall by using an adhesive which develops the color suitable for a joint filling material after being cured.
