This invention discloses the adhesive for polarizing plates which has a storage elastic modulus(G') at 23°C of at least 0.3MPa, the polarizing plate having the adhesive which has the layer constituted of the adhesive on the polarizing plate and the method for producing the polarizing plate which comprises sticking a polarizing pate on a tacky adhesive material layer formed on the releasing layer of a releasing sheet, and thereafter irradiating with an active energy beam from the releasing sheet side.
