To provide both an adhesive polymer composition suitable as an adhesive in production of especially a laminate of a polyolefin resin to a gas barrier resin and the laminate.
The adhesive polymer composition comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) 5-95 wt.% of a modified ethylene-α-olefin copolymer obtained by modifying an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which is a copolymer of ethylene and a 6-12C α-olefin prepared by using a metallocene catalyst and having one single peak in an elution curve of temperature-raising elution fractionation with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and regulating the contact of the unsaturated carboxylic acid unit to 0.01-10 wt.% and (B) 95-5 wt.% of an ethylenic polymer other than the component (A). Furthermore, the laminate is obtained by laminating a layer of a polyolefin resin through a layer composed of the composition to a layer of the gas barrier resin.
