The adhesive roll 5 layered on a cylindrical core tube 4 is cut by an electric cutter (a rotary tool) after the layering so that every round of the roll is used each time, and therefore, loss of the adhesive roll is prevented. Cutting starts from a contact point 9 at a helical angle between the width of the roll and a straight line parallel to the spindle of the cylinder, and ends at a contact point in one round of the same straight line. Peel-off openings 1 held by hand are formed at the start and at the end by inserting a blade perpendicular to the front surface of the roll, and next, perforations 2 of several centimeters for preventing peeling, preventing releasing of the roll and permitting forward/backward rotation are formed on the cleaning surface. A helical cut 3 is formed in the middle of the perforations to be cut off.
