This sheet is obtained by the press or print formation of ruggedness 2 on the outer surface of support 11 and/or the outer surface of separator 13, with the ruggedness having a ten-point-average roughness of 5-600 μm, an average mountain pitch of 100-5000 μm, and an average slope angle of 3-30° in at least one direction of the ruggedness-forming surface, and a center-line average roughness of 1.5-150 μm, in a medicine-containing adhesive sheet 10, comprising support 11 such as a polyester which does not allow evaporation of the medicine or transmission of moisture, medicine-containing adhesive layer 12 prepared by formulating a dermally absorbing medicine in a polymer adhesive such as an acry-based polymer, and separator 13 such as a plastic sheet which was treated so as to be easily peeled off and laminated on layer 12.
