To provide an electronic wave shielding adhesive sheet which protects a medical equipment such as a pace maker embedded inside the body from malfunctioning caused by external electromagnetic wave and the like.

An adhesive layer is formed on one side of a shrinkable sheet wherein a conductive sheet is laminated on the other side. It is preferred by a patient with allergy to metal that the shrinkable sheet is larger than the conductive sheet. A metal foil, a plastic film on which a metal is vapor- deposited, a piece of cloth of metallic fibers, or a piece of clothe with metallic coating is selected as the conductive sheet. The adhesive layer is preferred to be formed by pattern coating. The electromagnetic wave shielding adhesive sheet is directly pasted on the skin or on clothes such as underwear.
