To provide an adhesive sheet for a medicine bag without a mount which enables the medicine bag to be simply formed, including patient information, medicine information or the like necessary for an individual patient printed on both front and rear faces by a printer.

The adhesive sheet 10 for a medicine bag has an approximately strip-formed base material sheet 1 with its surface serving as an information display part 3. The sheet 1 is provided at its predetermined end with adhesive layers 2a and 2b which easily peel even if contact-bonded to overlap on the surface of the sheet 1 but rigidly glue if overlapped and contact-bonded to each other in a strip form. After the display part 3 is printed by the printer, the sheet 10 is folded via a crease 4 in such a direction that the part 3 is exposed, and adhesive surfaces of the adhesive layers 2a and 2b are overlaid and contact-bonded to each other, thereby forming the medicine bag having an opening on one of sides.
