To provide an adhesive sheet unstimulatingly and easily peelable after determined term adhesion on the skin when coating a proper liquid on the surface of the adhesive sheet.
The adhesive sheet comprises an adhesive layer having a mesh-like pattern, and a substrate supporting the adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer has 15-60% total surface area of openings of the mesh-like pattern based on the total area of the adhesive sheet, 0.5-15 mm mesh scale (A) in the longitudinal direction of the openings and 0.5-3 mm mesh scale (B) in the lateral direction, with the proviso that the mesh scales (A) and (B) are each a length of diagonal lines of a quadrangle forming an opening of the mesh-like pattern, and the substrate has water-permeability.
