Abstract:
To provide an adhesive sheet having excellent unevenness followability, solvent resistance and high-temperature adhesion.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer has an acrylic adhesive polymer (A) and a thermal-polymerization initiator. The acrylic adhesive polymer (A) has a (meth)acrylic acid alkoxyalkyl ester-derived constitutional unit. The gel fraction based on the acrylic adhesive polymer (A) of the adhesive layer is less than 20%. After heat treatment, the gel fraction based on the acrylic adhesive polymer (A) of the adhesive layer is 20% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
