To provide an adhesive sheet having good printability by forming an easily printable layer on a face of a transparent polyolefin film base, the face having no lamination of a metallic deposited layer, an adhesive layer and a peeling sheet thereon.
An adhesive sheet is produced by either coating a resin for an easily printable layer on a longitudinally orientated to form the easily printable layer and then transversely orientating the resulting film, or coating the resin for the easily printable layer on a film biaxially orientated to form the easily printable layer. As the coating resin in the former method is preferable a resin comprising an ionomer as a principal component. As the coating resin in the latter method is preferable particularly a polymer or copolymer of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, an acrylate and a methacrylate, a polyester resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like. In addition to these, adhesion of a metallic deposited layer is improved by forming an adhesiveness between the film and the metallic deposited layer. The adhesiveness may be formed by coating it and the easily printable layer at the same time.
