To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having high adhesive force, hardly changing the adhesive force with time according to the working temperature, having excellent properties for being delivered from a state of a roll, and hardly allowing an adhesive layer from being separated from a base material layer at the delivery.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is obtained by forming a separation layer being the base material layer, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer comprising an amorphous olefin polymer satisfying the following conditions (A-1) and (A-2), and an adhesive layer for sticking the separation layer and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer by coextrusion: (A-1) obtained by copolymerizing at least two kinds of olefins selected from the group consisting of ethylene, propylene and 4-20C α-olefins; and (A-2) having ≤3 molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn).
