PURPOSE: To offer an adhesive sheet excellent in shaping and molten resin holding properties.

CONSTITUTION: When an sheet 3 relating to the present invention is deformed into a prescribed shape while being closely attached to a substance to which it is to be stuck followed by processes of a resin part 33, for instance, by heating and then solidifying it, the adhesive sheet 3 is stuck to a substance to which it is to be stuck by the resin part 33. Since especially, in this invention, a large number of small holes 31 are opened on a sheet part 32, the adhesive sheet 3 can well maintain its bendability (flexibility) inspite of its increased thickness so as to be easily bent into a desired shape. Further, since small halls 31 have a function to store a molten resin part 33, molten resin is hindered to flow out to the outside.
