Supporting that an adhesive tape T shifts toward a clearance gap with a fluted roller 3 in keeping it rolled on a peripheral surface 1a of a delivery roller 1 intact, a ring projection 3a of this fluted roller 3 shifting in the reverse direction against the traveling direction, is made pressuringly contact with an adhesive surface T1 of the adhesive tape T and thereby this tape T is forcibly separated from the peripheral surface 1a of the delivery roller 1, and simultaneously a slip preventive part 3b of the ring projection 3a is bitten into the adhesive surface T1 of the adhesive tape T and hitched on it, whereby a separating motion of the adhesive tape T from the delivery roller 1 is expedited, and further the adhesive tape T is forcibly pulled out toward a gap with a fluted receiving roller 4 in keeping it attached to the slip preventive part 3b intact.
