Abstract:
PURPOSE: To release the elastic displacement of a blade section and a tape press section and suppress the deficiency of adhesive strength caused by blots and hand stains on a tape adhesion face by rotating a main body by a prescribed angle from the tape adhesion state while the tape press section is elastically displaced and a rotary support section is kept in contact with a stuck object.
CONSTITUTION: A tape press section 6 presses a tape 4 to a stuck object. The tape 4 can be stuck even when a rotary support section 49 is floated from the stuck object or kept in contact with the stuck object. The cutting action of the tape 4 is started after the tape 4 is stuck at the desired length. A main body 1 is rotated, with the rotary support section 49 kept in contact with the stuck object. The tape press section 6 is floated to release the force to press the tape 4 to the stuck object, and a tape protection section 10 is separated from the stuck object. The tape protection section 10 is somewhat vigorously moved when it is separated from the stuck object, and the tape 4 can be quickly cut.
